Tournament Dates: Feb. 17 - 20, 2017
All teams must arrive on Friday 2/17 to be avaialbe to play a game between 6pm and 10pm

Only 50% of the teams will have games on Friday but until we make schedules we will not know
which teams will play.  Even if your team is not scheduled to play Friday evening, all teams need to be prepared to play a game as early as 6am on Saturday

All Finals and some semi-finals will be played Monday Feb. 20.  Finals are expected to begin in early afternoon with the last Final games starting at 5 pm on Monday 2/120.  Plan your travel accordingly

How teams qualify for the National Championships

A team must win one of the following divisions at a U.S. Youth Futsal Regional Championship tournament: boys or girls U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, U19 to be an automatically qualifying team.  The automatic qualifiers must register and pay by 1/21/17 to keep their guarantee acceptance status.  Teams that participate in a Regional Championship but were not age group Finalsts may apply for an at-large berth to the National Championships, with  The Committee will also consider applications of teams that did not participate in a U. S Youth Futsal Regional

Automatically qualifying teams have until Jan. 21, 2017 to register and pay the tournament fee to maintain their prefered status.   After that, the tournament committee will begin selecting teams from the list of at-large applicants. Preference for at large teams will be:

  1. Teams Registered and Paid by Jan. 21, 2017 that were finalist in a 2016-17 U.S. Youth Futsal Regional Championship are priority at-large teams
  2. Teams Registered and Paid by Jan. 24, 2017 that participated in a 2016-17 U.S. Youth Futsal Regional Championships

Accommodations - The U.S. Youth Futsal National Championships is a "Stay to Play" event. Upon registration, teams are provided instructions for reserving official tournament hotel rooms. Information can also be found on the Accommodations page of this web site.  There are no exceptions to the Stay to Play for out of town teams.
